Concierge and Emergency Response
The Concierge is your main source for accessing the many services of Jacaranda Trace. It is staffed 24-hours per day. Most importantly, the Concierge monitors the emergency response system in your apartment and responds to any call with trained EMT’s or Nurses. Our Concierge is there to serve you and ensure your questions and issues are properly dealt with 24-hours per day. If they can’t provide an answer they will find the person who can.
Transportation, Valet and Parking (SBC Only)
Most of our Residents continue to drive when they move to Jacaranda Trace. When you move in to your new home you will be assigned a parking space. As an added convenience Valet Parking is always available for our Residents when they do not feel like parking their own car. For the times when you would rather leave the driving to us, we offer our Transportation Services. Our Community Bus makes scheduled trips to local shopping centers on a regular basis. It also supports activities and events outside of Jacaranda Trace including Church Services. Our Transportation Service is available to all Residents on a reservation basis and provides individual service to medical, banking, hair, and other business appointments. All Transportation and Valet Services are included in the Monthly Fee.
